In search of wine. In search of women. In search of themselves. (tagline)

Review: This movie made my list even though Sandra Oh from Grey’s Anatomy is in it. Yeah, it’s that good a movie.

Nerdiest Movie Trivia:
During his audition, Thomas Haden Church stripped naked because that was what the scene called for. He later learned that he was the only actor to do that.

This movie also includes a lot of wine drinking, extraordinary acting from Paul Giamatti, Thomas Haden Church and Virginia Madsen.

How Paul Giamatti wasn’t even nominated in the best actor category is perhaps the biggest snub in recent Oscar History.

Favorite Quote:
Jack: If they want to drink Merlot, we’re drinking Merlot.
Miles Raymond: No, if anyone orders Merlot, I’m leaving. I am NOT drinking any fucking Merlot!

This is also one of three movies I went back to see again in the movie theater, the two others are The Hangover and Sweet Home Alabama. What can I say, I find drunk men and Reese Witherspoon appealing…
