Hollywood Amnesia: Batman Begins. Again.

March 30, 2011

sika with a charlie sheen winning t-shirt standing in front of the Swedish flagWe haven’t even gotten the latest Batman movie from Christopher Nolan and Hollywood is already planning a new batman-reboot. Really? Are they serious?

Okay, I can understand how Warner Brothers want a James Bond-franchise because they don’t have one anymore. But it took Bond 20 films to actually get the reboot! 20 films and 40 years passed by before somebody said “hey, this thing is broken – let’s fix it!”

I give up. Cast Jennifer Garner as Bruce Wayne for all I care. It won’t be the worst miscast she’s been involved in, thanks to the Miss Marple Reboot. Oh, and Elektra.

And while your at it, throw in a surprising Robin as well.

Funny in hindsight, given today’s news.

    This was strangely prescient.
