The Lunki Happiness Diet (TLHD)™
Back in February I wrote about The Superpowers of an Old Fart. Since then I have realized that becoming old is not all sunshine. Old people also have a tendency to get fat. And since fat people are lazy and less worth as human beings it is something you want to avoid at all cost.
The problem is that old people have grown a custom to cozy evenings on the sofa with drinks and snacks, watching sports like snooker and curling that they wouldn’t care about if they were sober. And on the weekend they need all the snacks and alcohol they can get their hands on to watch Dancing with the Stars.
As you can see, the lifestyle choices of old farts are hard to combine with a healthy living. Well.. until now! To solve the problem, I give you The Lunki Happiness Diet (TLHD)™. Here’s what you eat and drink:
New research at the University of Scranton shows that Popcorn has more antioxidants than some vegetables. And it doesn’t matter if you make them yourself, buy them pre-popped or just pop them in the microwave.
Lunki’s recommendation: Make your own popcorn in a pan with both oil and butter for the best result.
Chocolate makes the brain release endorphins, which are chemicals that makes us happy!
Lunkis recommendation: I like Daim.
It is well known that wine can be good for your heart and even prevent type 2 diabetes. New studies also show that it can be good for preventing obesity.
Lunkis recommendation: JP Chenet Cabernet-Syrah. It comes in a box and is cheap; it also does not taste like shit.
If you want something stronger you can have a whiskey. Studies show that whiskey can help prevent cancer!
Lunkis recommendation: Lagavulin for best result.
Studies show that coffee is good when it comes to burning fat. It also helps you staying awake when you are hung over.
Lunki does NOT recommend: Gevalia. Mainly due to the lousy casting in their latest U.S. commercial.
Have a good and happy life with The Lunki Happiness Diet (TLHD)!™ you old and fat drunken farts.
