If a cool title is enough this is a film for you!
Me? I saw it because… well… Maggie Cheung playing herself… in latex… in a movie about the remake of another cool movie; Les vampires (1915).
I’m no fan of Meta films except when they make fun of the French arthouse movie arena – and face it: that is a sausage fest. So when Maggie Cheung steps into that world of men and just owns it, breaking hearts and baguettes with every move she makes, it’s almost literary a kick in the balls.
Oh, and did I mention she wears latex?
