Sika wearing a Santa Claus hatI know that playing video games back in the days could give me sore thumbs, but I had no idea it nowadays could leave me bed ridden with a body that feels like it’s 90 years old and just endured an Iron Man competition.

Maybe a twelve hour session flailing Nintendo Wii nun-chucks  is a bit much..?
